We come to you

Book a free 15-minute consultation. We'll use the Scout app to AR-scan your rooms, let AI recommend optimal sensor placement, and give you an honest assessment of what your home needs.

Single installation visit

One technician, one day. We mount cameras, install sensors, set up the Brain Box, and configure everything end to end. Takes 2–4 hours for most homes.

Walkthrough before we leave

We show you the dashboard, test every sensor, and make sure you're comfortable before we go. You can call us after if anything feels off.

Dual AI learns your home

During the first week, two dedicated AI models build a baseline of your home. The security model learns your patterns and threat profiles. The automation model learns your routines and preferences. Life-safety alerts (smoke, CO, water) fire in under 2 seconds on a deterministic fast-path. Contextual AI analysis completes in under 15 seconds. False alerts decrease over time as the AI learns from your feedback — it knows your dog, your car, your schedule.

Real-time object detection (person, vehicle, animal) on every camera stream — all running on your Brain Box.

Two-model AI for precision

A dedicated security AI reasons about threats — time of day, arm/disarm state, motion history, risk level. A separate automation AI handles schedules, energy, and device coordination. Both run locally, no API calls.

Noise filtering built in

Low-confidence detections are suppressed before they ever become alerts. You only hear about things that actually matter.

When something genuinely unusual happens, you get a push notification with a plain-language AI summary. You decide what to escalate — call the police, check the camera, or dismiss it.

E2EE + three layers of protection
built into every system

Full end-to-end encryption on every connection. We can't see your cameras. You control everything from the app. Here's exactly how we keep it that way.

Credential Protection

All credentials on your Brain Box are stored securely using Linux system-level encryption and environment isolation. No passwords are hardcoded. Access is restricted to the services that need them, and nothing is exposed to the network.

Outbound-Only Connection

When the Brain Box communicates with NoBreak for updates or monitoring, it reaches out — we never reach in. NoBreak can never connect inbound to your home. You choose which channels are active from the app, and you can turn any of them off at any time.

E2EE Encrypted Relay

When you're away from home, your phone and Brain Box each connect outbound to a lightweight relay — no ports opened on your network. All messages are encrypted end-to-end (E2EE), so even the relay can't read them. At home on WiFi, the app connects directly — still E2EE encrypted — for faster response.

Secure pairing with QR code

Being on the same WiFi as the Brain Box is not enough to connect. Your phone must be paired with a secure token generated by scanning a QR code during installation. Without this token, the app can't authenticate — even on your local network.

Optimized network layout

Smart home sensors and cameras run on 2.4 GHz WiFi and Zigbee. Your phone connects on 5 GHz WiFi. The Brain Box sits on Ethernet. All on the same network, separated by band for optimal performance and reliability.
